Talc filler masterbatch significantly increases the flexural modulus and surface hardness of PP, PE and other polyolefin products. It effectively restricts polymer chain movement, making products harder, less flexible, and greatly reducing elasticity and deformation under external force. -
Enhanced Heat Resistance & Thermal Stability
It raises the heat deflection temperature (HDT) and Vicat softening point. Products become more resistant to high temperatures, less likely to soften, warp or deform during use or under thermal conditions, greatly expanding high-temperature application scenarios. -
Excellent Dimensional Stability
