- Carrier: PLA, PBAT, PHA, PBS, PBSA, Bio- PET, Potato, Cassava, Cassava Starch Based, Plant Based
- Dosage: General biodegradable masterbatch: 3% – 10%
- Dosage: Starch-based biodegradable masterbatch: 10% – 30%
This biodegradable masterbatch is mainly composed of bio-based and fully biodegradable polymers as carrier resin, including PLA, PBAT, PBS, or starch-based biopolymer as the main component. It is formulated with environmentally friendly additives such as compatibilizers, processing aids, dispersants, and stabilizers, which are non-toxic and comply with compostable standards.

Designed to decompose rapidly under industrial or home compost conditions, degraded completely by bacteria, fungi and other microorganisms into carbon dioxide, water and biomass, without microplastic formation or harmful residues. -
Excellent compatibility and dispersion
Compatible with PE, PP, PLA, PBAT, PBS and other biodegradable or traditional polymer matrices. Uniform dispersion without agglomeration, fish eyes or spots, ensuring stable appearance and physical performance of final products. -
Safe & eco-friendly formulation
Non-toxic, odorless, free of heavy metals, harmful chemicals and oxo-degradable metal salts. Meets food contact safety standards and international compost certifications. -
Minimal impact on mechanical properties
Maintains good tensile strength, elongation, flexibility and toughness of products. Does not cause brittleness or significant performance loss even at recommended addition levels. -
Wide range of applications
Widely used in disposable packaging films, shopping bags, mulch films, disposable cutlery, packaging containers, disposable tableware and agricultural plastics. -
Stable processing performance
Suitable for film blowing, injection molding, extrusion, casting and sheet processing. Low smoke, no die build-up, good fluidity and consistent output under normal processing temperatures.
