Ordinary yellow masterbatch often has a dull color, with impure hue—either reddish or greenish tint, failing to achieve a bright, clean and pure yellow effect. This directly reduces the appearance grade of plastic products, making them less competitive in the market, especially for high-end packaging, toys and brand-customized products.

There is obvious color fluctuation between different batches of yellow masterbatch. When switching batches, customers need to frequently adjust the machine parameters, which wastes raw materials and working hours, and leads to high defect rates in mass production. It is difficult to maintain consistent color of finished products, affecting brand image.

Especially in thin films, ultra-thin products and high-speed extrusion processes, the yellow pigment in the masterbatch cannot be fully dispersed, resulting in color spots, streaks, cloud patterns or crystal points on the surface of finished products. This affects the appearance, transparency and surface smoothness, and even blocks the screen changer, reducing production efficiency.

In high-temperature processes such as injection molding, granulation and spinning, ordinary yellow masterbatch is prone to decomposition, discoloration, scorching or hue deviation, leading to scrapping of finished products and serious loss of production cost.
We select heat-resistant yellow pigments with high temperature resistance up to 280-320℃, and add heat stabilizers to the formula to ensure the yellow masterbatch remains stable without discoloration, decomposition or scorching during high-temperature processing. It is fully compatible with various high-temperature plastic processing technologies, reducing product scrap rate.
Yellow products used outdoors fade and turn white quickly after being exposed to sunlight and rain, or appear color migration, blooming and precipitation, which pollutes the contacted materials and shortens the service life of products, especially for outdoor pipes, profiles and outdoor plastic products.
We add anti-UV agents and anti-migration additives to the formula, and select weather-resistant pigments to enhance the UV resistance and migration resistance of the yellow masterbatch. It can maintain long-lasting color stability outdoors, no fading, no migration and no precipitation, extending the service life of finished products and reducing replacement costs.
Ordinary yellow masterbatch has low pigment concentration, requiring a high addition ratio (usually 5%-10%) during production, which increases material cost, transportation cost and inventory cost, and also easily causes waste due to excessive addition.
We produce high-concentration yellow masterbatch with strong tinting strength, the addition ratio is only 1%-3%, which greatly reduces the usage amount, lowers material cost and transportation cost. At the same time, it is easy to meter and add, compatible with automatic feeding systems, reducing manual operation and material waste, and improving overall production economy.
