- We support customized packaging solutions, including custom printed logos, brand names, product descriptions and shipping marks on outer cartons. Custom packing requirements are acceptable according to customer demands.
- Defoaming masterbatch (desiccant masterbatch) is moisture absorbing additive for recycled PP PE plastic to eliminate bubbles without pre-drying.
- Recycled plastics always contain trapped moisture. When melting during injection or extrusion, the water turns into steam, creating bubbles, silver streaks and surface defects on finished plastic products.
- Defoaming masterbatch absorbs this moisture inside the melt. It removes bubble defects and saves you the cost of pre-drying recycled pellets. That’s why it is essential for recycled materials.
