High transparency PS masterbatch is mainly used for automotive lamp lenses, lighting covers, transparent household products and electronic components, providing excellent light transmittance, uniform color and good compatibility with PS resin.
Features & Advantages of Opaque PET Masterbatch
- Opaque PET Masterbatch is a specialized pigment concentrate designed for PET (Polyethylene Terephthalate) resin, used to achieve full opacity, hiding power, and uniform solid color in PET products. It is widely applied in PET sheets, bottles, films, packaging, and injection-molded parts.
- Excellent opacity and hiding power, completely blocking light transmission. Protects contents from UV and light damage (especially white/opaque packaging)
- High pigment loading with fine dispersion, no agglomeration, no streaks. Achieves solid, non-transparent appearance with low addition rate
- Good heat stability for PET processing temperatures (260–290°C)
- No fading, no discoloration during extrusion and injection molding
- No blooming, no migration, no plate-out on equipment or finished products
- Supports customization of various opaque colors: white, black, red, yellow, blue, etc.
